What is included in the Home Inspection?
A Home Inspection is an objective examination of the condition of the visible and accessible major systems and components of a home, including structure, roof, electrical, heating/cooling, ventilation/insulation, plumbing systems, garages and driveways, and interior/exterior. It allows buyers to determine whether there are any defects or system inadequacies that may affect their buying decision. A computer generated report, which is available the same day as the inspection, is provided to the buyer and their agent and includes photos and detailed information of conditions found so they can be easily identified.
